Store Overview

The Store Overview section provides a high-level snapshot of your store's fraud protection status and key metrics at a glance.

App Status

Shows the current operational status of Coupon Defender:

• Active: All systems operational and monitoring
• Scanning: Currently processing historical orders
• Maintenance: Temporary service interruption
• Setup Required: Configuration needed

Total Scans Conducted

The cumulative number of orders that have been analyzed by Coupon Defender's fraud detection algorithms. This includes:

• Historical order scans from initial setup
• Real-time scans of new incoming orders
• Manual rescans of flagged orders

Total Discounts Used

The total number of discount code applications detected across all monitored orders. This metric helps you understand:

• Overall discount code popularity
• Usage trends over time
• Impact of promotional campaigns

Fraud Attempts Detected

The number of orders flagged as potentially fraudulent based on suspicious discount usage patterns. This includes:

• High-confidence fraud detections
• Medium-risk suspicious activities
• Coordinated abuse attempts

Monitoring Section

The Monitoring section provides detailed insights into your order scanning progress and allows you to manage the scanning process.

Order Scanning Breakdown

As shown in the screenshots above, this section displays the progress of your order scanning and provides insights into your store's order analysis coverage.

• Total % of Orders Scanned: Percentage of your store's orders that have been analyzed
• Total Orders: Complete count of orders in your store
• Scanned Orders: Number of orders that have been processed by fraud detection
• Orders Flagged: Orders identified as potentially fraudulent

Discounts Management

The Discounts section displays all discount codes being monitored by Coupon Defender and provides tools to manage their protection settings.

Viewing All Discount Codes

Use the "Show More" button to view all of your discount codes in the dashboard.

Reporting Tools

The Reporting section provides quick access to export fraud detection data for external analysis and record-keeping.

Export Capabilities

As shown in the screenshot above, you can export comprehensive CSV files containing:

• Order ID and date information
• Customer details and contact information
• Discount codes used in each transaction
• Risk level classification

Fraud Alerts

The Fraud Alerts section provides a comprehensive summary of all processed orders, with automatic risk assessment and manual override capabilities.

Risk Level Classifications

Coupon Defender automatically assigns risk levels to all processed orders based on fraud detection analysis. Here's what each level means:

High Risk

Orders with multiple suspicious indicators such as duplicate codes, matching addresses or emails across multiple accounts. These require immediate review.

Medium Risk

Orders with some concerning patterns that warrant review, such as rapid usage patterns, first-time customer discounts, or minor matches in customer details. Manual verification recommended.

Low Risk

Orders that appear normal with minimal fraud indicators. These typically involve verified customers with standard usage patterns.

Manual Risk Override

Coupon Defender automatically assigns risk levels, but you can manually override these assessments:

• Click "View Details" to see comprehensive order analysis
• Review detection reasons and supporting evidence
• Override risk level if you disagree with the assessment
